Institutional Adherence

Akshat College of Health Education maintains strict compliance with the University Grants Commission (UGC) guidelines and the Government of Jharkhand regulations. To ensure a safe and transparent academic environment, the following statutory committees have been duly constituted and are fully operational.

Mandatory Compliance Bodies

Grievance Redressal Committee

Dedicated to addressing and resolving concerns related to academics, administration, and campus facilities. This committee ensures a fair hearing for every student and staff member.

Internal Complaint Committee

Constitutional body aimed at preventing gender-based discrimination and ensuring a supportive professional environment for all female students and employees.

Anti-Ragging Cell

Strictly implements the UGC Regulations (2009) to prevent any form of ragging. The cell maintains a zero-tolerance policy to protect the dignity of new and existing students.

Sexual Harassment Committee

Operates under the POSH Act and UGC (2015) regulations to maintain a safe campus free from sexual harassment, intimidation, or gender-based exploitation.
